In response to the recent announcement of the London region moving into “Phase 2” (that makes allowance for churches to gather to up to 30% of its capacity), I met with the Pastor’s Council to deliberate over this matter. The PAOC has issued guidelines for reopening, which are extensive, and were fully taken into consideration.

Here are some things for you to know:

  1. We deem it advisable for the church facility to remain closed for Sunday worship services throughout the summer months (July and August). We are planning and preparing for reopening on Sunday, September 13.
  2. The church is available for small groups and/or any special meetings. (Note: This will be by permission from the Pastor’s Council, and there will be clear guidelines/protocols in place that must be adhered to).
  3. The o?ce will remain open from 9-12 M-F. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call Sonia (519 649 1662) or email the office using the link at the bottom of the page.
  4. We will continue to post Sunday services including welcome video, worship lyric videos, and a pre-recorded messages on our YouTube channel and also on Sunday morning watch parties on Facebook. As well, we will continue to post mid-week musings on Wednesdays.
  5. We encourage everyone to remain faithful in giving tithes/o?erings unto the Lord. This ensures that our church will continue to meet its ?nancial needs. You may do so in one of four ways: (1) Drop it o? at the o?ce, (2) Sign up for Pre-Authorized Remittance, (3) E-transfer or (4) Mobile giving.
  6. I am available anytime as needed. You can reach me directly on my cell phone or by email! Please know that we will continue to do our best to stay connected with you and provide spiritual care, and other help, that is meaningful in these days of physical-distancing.

Stay home! Stay safe! Stay connected! Stay strong in the faith!

Pastor Gary
